Is it possible for an online casino to “confiscate” my winnings? I have created multiple genesis casino accounts via Gamlersden (and also been upgraded to VIP status with each of them), but I was sent an email yesterday offering me a 100% match bonus upto £200 that I accepted on spinit. I wagered through bonus and wagering and withdrew £2000 yesterday, but they’ve emailed me today to say that they’ve confiscated my winnings as I had placed some £10 spins on book of dead (and max bet is supposedly £5) and returned my £200 initial deposit. Are they allowed to do this as they was obviously happy to accept me placing these spins and would obviously have kept my stake had I of lost?

As Davey said i'm sorry mate.


You have to read the terms and conditions, i don't know of any casino that allows bets over £5 on bonus money. 


If it was say only 50p over or one accidently £10 bet i could have helped you but they will not entertain it i'm afraid and are well within their terms and the law to confiscate your winnings as long as they refund the deposit. 


Not what you wanted to hear mate but i'm being honest and don't want you wasting your time trying to argue it because they wont budge

Thanks for your replies guys, but should they not have returned the balance that I tried to withdraw and let me try complete wagering? They are happy enough to accept the spins and also happy enough to take my balance if I’d lost. I do understand what you are saying though! Is there nothing I can do then but accept it?

I agree you should have got a pop up or not been allowed to bet over £5. The fact any casino allows you to bet over the limit is scummy in my opinion and shouldn't be allowed, but they all let you do it. 


You're going to have to take this one on the chin mate.

I had a problem with Yako, I didn't see a bonus code to activate my welcome bonus at all, deposited and when I went to chat to say it hadn't been added they refused to give it me? I've never had this at a casino before and they've always offered to add it afterwards. I was told I'd get an email from support to see what they could do and nothing... Can you please look into this mate?

So the story goes like this on the 26th june i did a withdraw on jonnyjackpot. the amountis (1400£).Now the funny part of it is that from what i know is they have 48h to accept/reject the cashout.

If for any reason they ar not accepting it you suppose to receive a email from them. Ok after 72h (3days)  no  action was taken, i say ok i will speak with the live support to find out exactly what is going on.

The person from the chat told me that i receive on the 29th june a email regarding the fact that they found something wrong like (to explain to us IP/BIN mismatch.) , at the beggining dind't know what that means.

So i google it not to mention i did the live support on the 30th june. Having a look on the email guest what  no email from them regarding the issue, ok so the person from the live cheat send me a email where to send God know what exactly.

I just confirm the fact that i dind't left the country for a year.

Today 02..07.2020 i receive a email saying. 

We are pleased to confirm that we have received your documents and your registration details have now been verified.   

Your account has been updated for you.

Kind Regards.


So i go back to live chat to see if they can accept the cashout, and they told me again they ar still investigating.

So can someone please help me with this issue because is getting pretty ugly.

I sent my mate a casinocasino link from your site. Its not given him the 100% bonus, and he cant play any games. Says internal error. Hes spoke to customer service hours ago. And heard nothing. They confirmed hes still gonna get the bonus. But is there any way you can find out why the site wont work or whats happening with the bonus. I can provide his email if needed.

Anyone els having issues with All British casino?

i sent them ID, Letters, Front and back of Debit  PayPal screenshot and everything 3 times now and they still haven't verified me for my withdrawal and its been 3 days.
