Hi, if jimbo or Craig could reply to help me I’d appreciate it a lot, this message will be quite long so I apologise, I opened an account with Casoola via your link around 3-4 weeks ago, I deposited around £100 and won around £600, they paid this out no problem with no verification needed as they said they had everything needed, I then deposited another £100 a week or so later, I hit lucky and now have a pending withdrawal of £2220 and a balance of £400, I sent my personal identification in and my address verification in which I got a very quick reply saying they were fine and they have been approved, I didn’t have my bank card on me at the time to approve my payment methods verification but I sent this the next day which is now well over 4 days ago nearly 5 and it says on the site allow up to 72 hours which it has done, I have emailed them it twice and uploaded it to the documents upload section, still no reply, I’ve also contacted live support about this where they tell me they can’t give me a time frame, I’m worried that because I’ve won quite a lot they arent going to pay out, if anyone could help I’d appreciate it a lot as this amount of money to me would mean an awful lot, thanks and sorry about the length of the message👍🏻
As I posted yesterday mine got verified yesterday took just over 8 days but eventually got there just waiting now for the money to hit my account think there just a bit slow at the moment

Has anyone managed to get bonus bans lifted from any casino group?
ive been playing for a few years and when possible deposit with a bonus. Unfortunately over time more and more casino groups have either informed me they are stopping me taking them or just stopped and only found out the ban after asking.
I think I only have 3 main groups left that haven’t banned me.
I have tried appealing directly to the casinos but they either don’t reply or point me at some vague term and condition which doesn’t seem to cover the ban.
The main groups I would like to get offers from again are Whitehat and Daub Alderney (Aspers ). Any ideas anyone?
Anyone dealt with Trada casino, I know its not one of your suggested sites, but I was looking for casinos that honor your request withdrawl without the option of reversing that withdrawl and they came up trumps. We all like being on that high of a good win, and its great to cash out, but willpower and mindset have never been a strong point of mine, having signed up, registered and got an account, they dent any knowledge of lock=withdrawal or ''manual flushing'', there goes my rent!!!

Sometimes the page gives me the 404 error, is that normal? I occasionally read some topics of my interest and I got the error and I must disconnect and reconnect again in order to avoid the same error.🙁
Not sure if anyone else is having the same issue as me here. I've had a withdrawal pending on kassu for 6 days now. For 4 days straight they have told me it's been escalated to the correct team for review and processing. So I'm 6 days in, its still pending and Kassu are refusing to tell me what the delay is. I get were all on lockdown and there is less staff but this seems a bit much, and the refusal to tell me anything makes it very off putting to ever play there again. Can anyone help?

Hi Guys,
I recently signed up to Fruity Casa through your link and got the deposit bonus. I did a bonus hunt with my initial deposit (no bonus funds) and then opened them all up. I got a 1318X hit on one of them!
I'd finished the hunt and didn't want to lose any of the winnings, so I withdrew it all and forfeited the bonus money.
They have now emailed me saying that I violated terms and conditions 2.3 (iv) "State Game Abuse". I don't really get it. I'm confused as to what I did wrong? Does this mean you are not allowed to do bonus hunts?
They have taken my winnings, given back my initial deposit and closed my account.
Can you please ask your contact? Seems a bit harsh.
