Yes mate I cannot get through to them at all via chat or telephone it has been way over the 72hr period and the only message I’ve got back is that my documents are at the relevant department waiting to be checked but like I say it’s way over the max period waiting time just abit annoying as I’m already a verified payer at there sister sites
