Hi all new here but thought I’d join as having a issue with a casino Casoola now deposited on Friday £100 took 25%bonus played secret of the stones bout 50 spins in hit a monster £1 bet won £3660 so went to withdrawal £3500 forfeited the bonus got email need to verify account sent straight away on Friday now verification still pending it’s been over 4 days now so was just wondering if jimbo can help me out as live chat keep saying they received documents but can’t give me a time frame

Evening all

im having a dispute with a casino/sports book called fansbet. The bonus was one of those deposit £10 get £210 to play with. I did this only for entertainment purposes only I Never ever thought I’d get nowhere near beating the wagering I was hoping for a decent hit with my £10 I deposited and go on from there and if I dod go into bonus money it was a nights entertainment for little outlay. Long story short and 3 weekends slugging it out I beat the wagering with a profit just short of 7k. The bonus money converted to cash and I played on down to 6k. I tried to cash the money out in 1k withdrawals and on my 2nd one got asked for verification. I sorted that out apart from my proof of address but my Id and bank card ones went through. So that left me with 4K in the account and 2 1k withdrawals pending. The day after I logged in and the 4K was gone and the withdrawals had been cancelled. I got into live chat and they said I had staked £2 spins when the limit was 60p with this bonus. Fair enough. My arguement back was there was already restrictions on my account with this bonus active which included that I could not stake more than £2 a spin on any game or the game would just pop up with a internal error message and I couldn’t play certain games either. All I want advice on really is

should i pursue it and try to get payed out and who do I go to or what do I have to do or contact to get to a stage where I might get payed out 

or

take it as a lesson that I shouldn’t play shit casinos that no one has ever heard of and just get on with it

any advice would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance

I’m on day 11 now and no one has even looked at my documents yet and still won’t give me an answer as to when they will be looked it. My account is locked so can’t cancel the withdrawal anyway. But either way 11 days and still nothing is an absolute joke and is unacceptable.

same just had email driving license got rejected lol don’t no y ask for another form of Id so now sent passport props wait another 5 days now

Hi, if jimbo or Craig could reply to help me I’d appreciate it a lot, this message will be quite long so I apologise, I opened an account with Casoola via your link around 3-4 weeks ago, I deposited around £100 and won around £600, they paid this out no problem with no verification needed as they said they had everything needed, I then deposited another £100 a week or so later, I hit lucky and now have a pending withdrawal of £2220 and a balance of £400, I sent my personal identification in and my address verification in which I got a very quick reply saying they were fine and they have been approved, I didn’t have my bank card on me at the time to approve my payment methods verification but I sent this the next day which is now well over 4 days ago nearly 5 and it says on the site allow up to 72 hours which it has done, I have emailed them it twice and uploaded it to the documents upload section, still no reply, I’ve also contacted live support about this where they tell me they can’t give me a time frame, I’m worried that because I’ve won quite a lot they arent going to pay out, if anyone could help I’d appreciate it a lot as this amount of money to me would mean an awful lot, thanks and sorry about the length of the message👍🏻

No idea how to fix your situation but congrats on the hits , what did you play?
