Hi Guys,
I recently signed up to Fruity Casa through your link and got the deposit bonus. I did a bonus hunt with my initial deposit (no bonus funds) and then opened them all up. I got a 1318X hit on one of them!
I'd finished the hunt and didn't want to lose any of the winnings, so I withdrew it all and forfeited the bonus money.
They have now emailed me saying that I violated terms and conditions 2.3 (iv) "State Game Abuse". I don't really get it. I'm confused as to what I did wrong? Does this mean you are not allowed to do bonus hunts?
They have taken my winnings, given back my initial deposit and closed my account.
Can you please ask your contact? Seems a bit harsh.

I had a word and it should all be sorted now, you will be able to play at Casilando and Slot planet, but other WHG brands still have you blocked, you will need to contact WHG regarding that
Are bonus hunts not allowed on some sites or with bonus money? I know in terms it says you can't leave bonus rounds until after wagering which I totally get, but have some sites banned them altogether?

I have to send every casino my payslips, bank statements, tax returns etc. Nobody is immune to it and it is becoming really regular now because of the fines the UKGC are handing to casinos, for allowing people to deposit money they can't afford.
These checks are to prove you can afford what you are depositing. They will check your income and set you deposit limits based on what they feel you can afford.
However i am unsure if they should be withholding a withdrawal because of these checks. I will forward on your information to our contact and see what they say.

Need your help with casilando have 1150e sitting for over a week sent everything to them for verification and keep given me crap replys I'm 3 weeks trying to verify account
