You have the right to be forgotten, and we can remove all the PII we hold about you, with all our service providers for several reasons e.g.

  • We no longer require the data for any reason as laid out in our privacy policy.
  • We have unlawfully processed or collected your data.
  • We become legally obliged to do so.
  • Where we knowingly hold any information on any persons 18 or under.

Contacting us about your data

If we do not hold any information about you, or you do not give us the information required in order to identify correctly the PII we do hold, we may not be able to find your record. Note that we will maintain enquiries on our contact for upto 5 years even if those enquiries contain RBTF/DATA requests.
