only joined recently,
i joined Pelaa on 28/5/2020 everything was fine, until around 11 pm last night when id won £111 on 'Thats Life'
my balance remained as it was and i hadnt been credited for my winnings i called but the number was dead, so i then emailed, they now have sent me an email stating i wasnt online or playing at that particular time, and have sent me a breakdown,
ive been onto my history and this shows in was online,
i have been onto my history on Pelaa and its showing no deposits????
help please

My bet history according to them says i was playing up till 9.47 pm, however my chrome hx sthows i was onl the game until 11.19 , and thats when i won, my balaance didnt update, so i moved games to refresh still nothing, so i made contact with cs.

i just checked my account and it says which it didnt earlier 1 deposit of 100 3 pending withdrawels so when i withdrew my first withdrawal i forfeited my bonus as i dont rate them really 35 or 50 x deposit not much hope there but i do accept them as there is a chance i would mention i joined them through gamblers den im not happy with there response saying i wasnt online when i was

if youve been playing on multiple genesis casinos youll start getting "partner cashier errors" from my experience although they have different casino names they operate from one system and quite often the system messes up and balances can go astray.The whole genesis brand is very unreliable in my opinion and nothing ever runs smoothly with them.I stopped using them as of last week because of the unreliability of there games and system.

they have no cancelled my withdraw and confiscated the profits because of some term and condition when I can only bet 20% of the bonus so In this case bonus is 0.15c so they are saying I could only spin 0.03 per spin even tho before and after was spinning mentioned above amount..
is there anything I can do to get confiscated funds back? Seems absurd as no warning or info about the wheel of luck profits and losing 400 dollar over 0.15 win is incredibly frustrating!

I just had a look at Bonzaspins and it's probably one of the worst casinos i ever saw, not UKGC regulated or any regulations that i can see of, there's no way we would be able to contact them regarding this purely because there whole operation looks shady and unregulated. I would suggest a healthy amount of research before playing at casinos like this, as you're never guaranteed your money sadly.
Avoid at all costs is my advice

Went into Jurassic park, put onto auto play whilst I left the room thinking it was on a low stake, and it had somehow ended up on £10 stake and I lost everything as I didn’t know. Contacted customer service and they refused to help in any way as the bets had been completed (which yeh of course they have, but I wasn’t aware of the stake and as soon as I saw the error I contacted them). Not really fair!
