Hey jimbo i had a cashout peding on slot planet of 1500 and had beaten the wager requirements of my deposit everything but after three days of the deposit the casino have confiscated my withdrawl and decided to give me just my 20 euro deposit back claiming i was betting over 5 euro and that i was breaching their terms and when trying to ask in live chat i wasnt given an answer once i stated i never bet over 5 euro please help because this is pure robbery
They are claiming that a bonus buy is considered the problem yet nothing was said in terms that bonus buys apply to this
You cannot buy bonuses with bonus funds, I thought this would be so clear to any player?

Hi mate, went to withdraw money from Leo Vegas and they locked my account. Reason I got was I closed my account at uk casino, so have then went on to speak to the team there and they tell me it will be reopened within 72 hours. This was 3 weeks ago? Live chat say they can’t give me a time scale on how long it will take to log back into leo? Any help would be amazing!

I've tried contacting you before and also CasinoCasino with regards to their cool off function and the probelms persist.
Basically its about the ability to reset the cool off function - Why is this possible???
Cool off functions are really important for me and many other players as when we reach our limit for the month or week or whatever then we can simply hit cool off and be safe in the knowledge that we cannot log back into our accounts and spend any more money. I have deposit limits set but these can be changed on a daily basis with most casinos so I rely on the cool off feature of all my casinos to help manage my gameplay.
CasinoCasino is the only casino which Ive used the function only to find that I can reset itand log in 24 hurs later to play again... this is clearly a measure to draw you back into the casino to spend more money... can you please ask them to remove the reset function as this would actuallyy encourage me to play more their however due to this rediculous state of affairs I generally stay well clear of this casino.

Hei, i have a problem with Pelaa en Spelaa. Since I watch the videos of akimbo for 2 years now, the first thing he says it’s before make a deposit, verify your account. Which I 100% agree. But those casinos won’t let you do it on purpose, and I read they stall your withdraw if you have a big cashout. Verify take ages. I think it’s very bad of those casinos. I don’t understand that Jimbo promote Pelaa since he also thinks you have to verify first before playing. Have a great weekend everyone!

I made a withdrawal at playgrand after beating the wagering requirements after 4 days they have cancelled the withdrawal and the money is gone. I won £3562 on £2 stake and played different games on £4 - £5 stake to eventually wager 35 times deposit. I read the terms before the bonus as I am very cautious about the small print as I have been stung before. They said I am breach of clause 13 which is betting over £5 stake during bonus funds. I only staked Over £5 once out of wagering and money was in the cash section where I actually lost money so I don’t undeestand why the do not want to payout it was my first deposit at playgrand after using your link in the casino section, would appreciate if you could help as I have tried live chat and emails but they won’t tell me where I broke clause 13, thanks in advance

So as you know I personally go out my way to get as much from the casinos as possible and in some cases have managed to get decisions overturned due to my influence and charm, however in this case I cant get them to change their decision.
having spoken to them I've been informed you overbet numerous times at significant stakes on table games which contributed hugely towards your clearing of the wagering whilst in bonus funds.
please always take care when playing and make sure your fully aware if your balance whether that be cash or bonus and not to get the two mixed up to avoid instances like this happening.

Your attitude is terrible pal, you’re supposed to be a mod on here yet you constantly side with casinos even though you should be neutral until you know the facts .
if what this guy was saying was true then he hadn’t broken any terms , you see jumbo/Craig etc bet whatever stakes they want before they hit bonus funds and once they hit bonus funds they are bound to the bonus terms.
The Guy was full of shit in the end and had been bladdering roulette on whatever silly stakes, but if he was telling the truth your reply was not constructive at all just a cheeky post that I wouldn’t expect from a mod who is supposed to give advise to the players who have signed up through the links and supported this site.

Shadmun, you are correct. In my personal opinion, the contribution Superdavey makes on this forum website makes me feel quite intimidated, resulting in me joining other forums instead of staying at this one all the time. He's one of those who thinks he's always right. Well, nobody is perfect. I'm sure he works for a casino as he always shows favouritism to the casino 99% the time.
