Hi Jimbo/Craig,


I signed up to KASSU last week through your link and deposited £100. I had great game okay and nearly beat the wagering so no complaints there.


i noticed it came with 30 free spins so I used them and won a few quid, I then when through the wager process again and beat it this time withdrawing £240.


that was on Monday and it’s still showing as pending! I contacted live support yesterday and today both time they have said it’s with there payment department being validated and the couldn’t give me a timeframe of when it will be paid.


I made sure I stayed with the limits and within t&cs but am now frustrated that they haven’t paid or even telling me when it might be paid. Can you please help as I’m seriously pissed off by the whole thing

Hi Jimbo and Craig. I signed up at playgrand through your link and managed to cashout £1140. The withdrawal was accepted and processed on the 18th of November and it still doesn't reflect in my bank balance. They estimate 3-5 working days but I'm just a bit worried as most other casinos don't take this long.

Are you a verified account (sent in your passport etc) Also are you with Lloyds as they are having issues with payments today, could just be delayed mate

Hi 1st post sorry its a negative 1.

Miamijackpot aabsolute nightmare to get verified, they are requesting proof of address before withdrawal, they have previously verified my proof of address and now they want it again 30 days days later, can you guys help at all? Back and forth emails to support going nowhere, only 2nd occasion I have ever had problems with a casino other one was Mr Green, that account was shut down quickly after problem got resolved this 1 is going the exact same way.

Hey jimbo i had a cashout peding on slot planet of 1500 and had beaten the wager requirements of my deposit everything but after three days of the deposit the casino have confiscated my withdrawl and decided to give me just my 20 euro deposit back claiming i was betting over 5 euro and that i was breaching their terms and when trying to ask in live chat i wasnt given an answer once i stated i never bet over 5 euro please help because this is pure robbery

They are claiming that a bonus buy is considered the problem yet nothing was said in terms that bonus buys apply to this




You cannot buy bonuses with bonus funds, I thought this would be so clear to any player?
