Not sure if you can help but i have the same problem i had with Jonny Jackpot im been told i cant register with Slot planet because im a bonus abuser and im fed up of been called this, why do casinos offer 100% match offers and if you join to many casinos your called a bonus abuser its not like ive had any winnings from White had gaming in the past.

hi mate cheers for the feedback. generally there a great place for the bonuses and stuff. I think bonus abuse comes under the category of only taking welcome bonuses then moving onto the next welcome bonus. and if you do this over a few of the licenses places such as white hat gaming for example, then they start looking at it

We have had the decision over turned and the withdrawal will be honoured mate.
I have to play devil's advocate though and remind you that any bet over the max bet is deemed against the terms. This is the same for table games as well. If you bet a £6 blackjack hand you've gone £1 over the max bet and you're not at the casinos mercy. Without us here you would have lost that cashout 100%.
Be careful in the future mate, bonus buys do count under the max bet regardless of wether it's worded that way or not

I made an account in my name deposit £50 got £50 on minijackpots but accidently used a different card which was in my sons name and not mine beat the wagering have £1450 in the account but I assume the casino won't let me withdraw as I have to have All my I'd in my name that I do have but on the card I used the name weren't in mine.

That's a tricky one pal, how did you manage to use his card wouldn't you on had to put the full card holder name in when making the deposit & his CVV etc?
Make the withdrawal and see what happens, if there's an issue I can raise it with them, not sure about that one to be honest, but I can explain the situation if they stop the withdrawal.

Got admit that If I were the casino I would not pay out. I don't see how you can accidentally use a bank card in someone elses name? I am not an expert but surely you have to type the name in when you deposit. Even if that's not the case surely you would have notice that the name on the card was not yours.
Pretty sure the casino won't stump up, they have been put in a no win situation.... You won so want your money, if you lost your son could say that you had used his card without permission and claim it was fraud and he wants his money back/
