Morning Davey my partner has had a reply can I just post the email she's received is that OK didn't want to just put it up an it not be OK

Morning all after my partner not hearing anything she's been on chat this morning to be told her bank statements aren't correct yet on the 25 they said everything was fine can anyone help

So on the one hand there happy with it now they haven't received or its not been updated there end so they want bank statements from 22 November to today from her second bank which was only used because the money didn't go in her 1st bank the 1st 2 times so why would they even ask for statements going back to November of her second bank ? By the way on the 25th of Feb when they was happy with the statements they was from 22 November to the 25 of Feb

What a mess. So where is this up to now? They have statements, they are approved and they are happy?

according to them they now again havent received statements and want her to do it again going back 22 November to today . Just doesnt make any sense

I'm frustrated for you mate! It's ridiculous. I'm forwarding this to Craig whose in direct contact with them, see if that helps at all. 


Cheers pal Laura's now sent bank statements to 2 different email addresses 5 times now for them to say again today they haven't received them . Plus Rico emailed saying he fought it was sorted to then pass it on to another rep called Leo an none of them has said one word . Thank you for helping it's really appreciated pal

In my years of working with WHG this is my first bad experience.

I'm making more contact now and pushing for answers

Good afternoon. Latest updates from last week was that our Support did indeed reach out and it seemed to have been an understanding on what documentation was missing and valid for resolving this situation.
Apparently there still seems to be an issue with the documents provided so I'm back to intervening in order to facilitate communications and this process.
We will not drop following up the case until its resolution, however, to respect due confidentiality, all updates will be communicated directly to the player, and once resolved we will update it here for your own validation so the case can be closed.
Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
