Its certainly a strange one! If what you are saying is true Tez, then I can only assume the lengthy delay now is between the casino and the bank in question and they will get back to you in due course, which I appreciate is a pain in the arse.
I have no doubt what your saying is true by the way! Its just in the past we have had people come on here asking for help with problems to which the lads have happily looked into and helped out.. for it to turn out that the person asking for help were lying about certain aspects and then for them to try change the story.
If things go quiet for a few days please be assured that we havent forgot about this issue, and the lads will do as best they can to get the issue resolved.Unfortunately its just a waiting game now, which again I can appreciate is frustrating since you've waited since November.
The main thing is I hope your partner is ok as you have mentioned this matter is making her poorly. If everything you have said is true, then please assure her not to worry, shes got proof she hasnt received the money etc and that shes done nothing wrong, so the matter will eventually get sorted.

Now I'm banned from their sites because in their judgement 'I can't afford to gamble', even though they have payslips and proof of withdrawals from casino's (I was up on most casino's at the time including theirs!). They didn't like I kept within their set £500 a month limit and managed to win. They also didn't like that I didn't just accept whatever they said and challenged them with facts and politeness. They're dicks.
As much as they owe your partner, be prepared to give up rather than continue to get stressed and take it as a lesson learned and never deal with WHG again.
One last course of action - screenshot the money in the casilando account and screen shot the transaction history. Then self-excludefrom WHG sites (plenty of other casino's to play at). From UKGC:
Once you have made a self-exclusion agreement, the gambling company must close your account and return any money in your account to you. It must also remove your name and details from any databases it uses.
If the money isn't returned, complain straight to the UKGC.

So her best corse of action is to walk away from 550 pound when she has done nothing wrong . Mixed signals this really . But I get what you mean but that's her decision to make not mine given how upset she's getting an watching her it might be all she can do . How casino's can get away with operating like this needs looking into more then like stopping auto spins
Just saying be prepared as an option to walk. It sucks but so does stress.
Well worth pulling the self exclusion to force the money back, no messing about and no more document requirements.

Unfortunately this doesn't work. I did the same thing with fun casino but because they have legal obligations for responsible gambling they must keep all details for 5 years I think the chat advisor said. So basically they are told one thing by UKGC but then have "legal obligations" to hold. So all they will do is suspend the account and won't close it and won't send any money within the account. Absolute bollocks.
