Hey  Jimbocasino  and  CraigSlots . Just bringing your attention to a Casilando issue. Can you contact your WHG for Tez please?


She's reported it to ask gamblers mate thanks for the advice.  Just hoping Jim or Craig can help to get her money off casilando . Waiting since 22 November is not a good look for casilando 

We have asked them to come here and message you directly, they are looking at doing that today i believe mate.

Hold tight and we'll get it sorted


My partner will be on chat again this morning as they haven't paid her again .

Hi its my partners account that this has happened to as I have stated. Shall I give you her email address to corrospond to as she wont want me giving details on here. Its currently under investigation again as it hasn't gone in her bank. Am hoping through doing this. That this can be resolved. She hasn't made an account on here just me.

She's still being messed around Rico she's been told it's still under investigation as to why she was paid for a 3rd time now she has emailed you an got no response or update as to why this keeps happening.

It's becoming silly now .2 approved withdrawals fail to go in her bank still never given a reason why then the same withdrawal approved again to go in a different bank an it fails to go in again .that was over 2weeks ago and is still being investigated this withdrawal goes back to November 26 .not one update as to why this as continued to happen
