She's reported it to ask gamblers mate thanks for the advice. Just hoping Jim or Craig can help to get her money off casilando . Waiting since 22 November is not a good look for casilando

Its currently under investigation again as it hasn't gone in her bank. Am hoping through doing this. That this can be resolved. She hasn't made an account on here just me.

Still heard nothing from anyone this is becoming an absolute joke .ASAP you said .
It's becoming silly now .2 approved withdrawals fail to go in her bank still never given a reason why then the same withdrawal approved again to go in a different bank an it fails to go in again .that was over 2weeks ago and is still being investigated this withdrawal goes back to November 26 .not one update as to why this as continued to happen
