They are now asking her for bank statements again even though they have had them for 2weeks again now its disgusting the way she is being treated .

Brilliant thank you pal. This has really been making my partner ill she's on chat to them constantly over it an feels she just been taken advantage of .thank you for replying
My advice is tell her to give up about it then we will keep going on here.
I won't give up until you get a final answer either way, i have made more contact with our person

They are waiting for your reply to whatever documents they requested, just send them over to them again mate so they can get this sorted for you.
If you aren't able to send the docs or don't want to then they aren't going to budge

They have asked her for bank statements that's all and she as done that all again yesterday for the third time in 2weeks she has already proven 3 times from to different banks on a straight foward withdrawal she has all the proof of that . So what documents they asking her for as thats all they keep asking for. I dont understand how they can say they aint going to on a withdrawal that as been approved 3 times now yet not gone in her bank ??? Sorry craig but they are talking out there arse mate

They ask her to send it on chat to an email address which she has done 3 times now. She can send you the proof of that. Back on the 17 of feb they was still dealing with it as in they had already seen the bank statement and was investigating where they sent the money as my partner had phoned the bank with the apn number an the bank said it is apn number but not to her bank . A know your only trying to help mate .hope you dont think iam having a go at you . Rico could of said any of this but he hasnt said they need anything just hopes to resolve it asap then dont hear from him until i come on here then my partner will suddenly get a message after iv had a winge lol

I appreciate that. Can understand your frustration, I hope the issue does get sorted for you.
Thank you same mate just don't want me partner walking away from 550 pound when she won it fair an has done everything they have asked her too. They haven't even given a reason why the processed money has failed 3 times with 2 different banks just keep making her send bank statements as if its her fault
