I made a withdrawal twice to one bank and never received it. Proved with bank statements that it never went in. So asked for it to get withdrawn to my other card which took them ages to even process it. It finally got processed as they have said yesterday. But it still hasn't gone in that bank account either. Can anyone give any advice over this please thanks.

hiya mate the two first withdrawels i did were to the card i deposited with but they never went in as casilando said there was a problem. So i said to withdraw to my other card which i have never deposited on. They were fine with that. They said it was processed but it still hasnt gone in. The amount is £550 and my original date i withdrew this money was november 22nd 2021 i have had knothing but issues.
Have you had many withdrawals previously from the site or are these the first ones? WHG sites like most will ask you to withdraw via the method you deposited. Have they asked for a picture of the card you haven't deposited with but have withdrawn to? In your account history, what is the status of the withdrawal?
I've had many withdrawal off the original card upon til this one. They said there was a problem twice suddenly with my 1st card so was happy to use the second card they did ask for a bank statement with my ibn number showing . I just don't see how they can get away with not paying out when this is from November 22nd. I haven't made any deposits since then
If you have proof of the withdrawal via your account history and it was cash and not a bonus where you may have broken bonus terms......and then you have your card details and statements relating to that card that show no payment has been received, I'd suggest trying the askgamblers website to step in and raise a complaint on your behalf.
Yes I have proof of the withdrawal and proof off chat that it's the 3rd time of acceptance from them that I'm owed the money. I've never used a bonus . There telling I have to wait 10 days again to prove this hasn't gone in. This will be the 3rd time iv had to wait 10 days now
