Wow. If you never requested to self exclude via their site(s) or Gamstop then that's a big technical error on their part. Why they are asking you to sign a disclaimer for their error is beyond comprehension. I wouldn't be signing anything......in fact I'd just not be using their sites ever again. Too many examples of incompetence by them
Craig,
The £2 cap may be no bad thing. It will make the streams more relevant to a lot of viewers and subscribers. I dare say that some streamers will welcome this as there would be no need to try and compete with their competition spinning at £40 per spin. How many streams received viewers just because they were on high stakes? Clearly some streamers would get around this by betting large sums on table games though. The likes of Gabriel Slots play largely within these stakes in any case and still appear to get solid enough viewing figures.
If the streamers who genuinely entertain are placed on a level playing field they may actually benefit overall and the likes of Chipmonkz and Bandit will probably lose viewership despite their current viewer numbers. Bandit appears to have become less interested in recent times and I cannot see how Chipmonkz was ever popular in the first place. He strikes me as a very greedy individual who has cynically milked his viewership for cash using every questionable strategy possible.
Perhaps if the UKGC were to demand that all casinos were required to document all interactions/payments with streamers and exhibit this to UKGC on request. Any faked or subsidised play purported to be real would become a criminal offence. Each stream should be prefaced with a declaration from the streamer to verify whether the stream was subsidised or supported in any way. Any breach of the rule would see sanctions imposed on the streamer and the casino involved.
I got the same email, as Craig said they are just binning UK players. Its too risky for them to have us due to the UKGC.
Yep. Time to move on from Casumo Weemonk is spot on.
They are sacking lots of players off for no real reason. I was chucked out a long while ago even though i supplied everything they asked, in the end they just didn't want UK streamers on the platform.
They got hit with millions in fines and are now one of the worst casinos out there
I'd forget about it and play elsewhere. Casumo have gone full retard with players and there's lots of complaints all over the internet. I had an account there, verified, had withdrawn but i closed it when I read of the difficulties people were having when trying to withdraw. They got spanked hard with fines and now they've gone over the top with due dilligence. They will go under eventually.
All i know about Spinz casino is what they offered me, they don't run with Affilation like other places, they pay PER video & force you to have a banner somewhere on the screen.
That's why you may see people running smaller stakes when playing there to ensure they can make a profit from the partnership. That being said, I've no knowledge on if they fund accounts for people.
Oh and they couldn't afford me XD
I always take the right hand side, It's the same every time, If it's paying well, loads of base game hits and maybe 4 or 5 bonuses on the grind up the Heartstopper pays nice. Normally 150-300x . If on the other hand, the hearts don't come in very often, and if the 2 or 3 bonuses pay crap so will the Heartstopper. I actually find that 7/10 times it costs me nothing to build-up to the heartstopper. It's quite a predictable game.
Had exactly same issue, not as many features as you. Giving up on that now never has 100x on it despite multiple heart stoppers. I find refresh the game after every 150 spins, you can go on runs with over 300 spins and get nothing.
I'm sensing some tin foil hat syndrome G man! 😂
I think it's just the RTP and math catching up with you.
Try a new casino and maybe play on your phone for a bit, see how you get on.
Assuming you are UK based, you should have a case. UKGC will stand over you as they are UKGC registered. If you have no luck in the next few days, then contact the UKGC and let Peachy Games know that you will be submitting a complaint to them.
You can contact the UK Gambling Commission here : https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/for-the-public/Your-rights/Concern-about-a-gambling-business.aspx
Hope this helps, and I hope and trust that you both get your money back and also do not play at that casino again.
Stand by, baldy broke the free giveaway inferface.
Will be back shortly in the "giveaways" tab
Don't think I've given up on this, I'm still messaging them and fighting your corner even today
Take it easy with devil mate. Right now i'm working on a £5 heart stopper, will be in my next video, you might enjoy it.
Dangerous game built to take our money so bear it in mind
