So on his latest video Craig was very honest about having offline sessions, losing a large amount of money, being on a break thereafter and also added the loss amount to his overall tally on the video. 

Many say they want transparency from streamers and if that isn't transparency then what is? 

Recently told Craig that the honesty that he and Jimbo show in many things (paraphrasing) is why I support them and interact here. I can't imagine a certain streamer who puts videos up everyday doing the same. 

I appreciate you being honest Craig and i doubt I'm alone on that. Shit happens, we all lose and this is part of gambling. It's not all shiny as some streamers may portray.

Bummer this happened - sadly this is all just lack of information and training from the customer service team, i'm convinced they aren't able to access all the relevant information regarding what's going on with our accounts.

Feel free to enter both giveaways as an apology for the poor service, i'll give you a pass.

Hello! So me and Craig have had a chat recently and we like the idea of having new up and coming streamers added onto the Youtube Gamblers den channel streaming schedule, If this is something that interests you, then please fill out an application below, by copying and pasting the questions into a reply & filling in the answers.

What we offer - 

1. We will allow you to stream to the gamblers den Youtube channel

2. You will be able to multi stream to your own twitch channel as well, which has nothing to do with us. (You're own banners, etc)

3. You will be able to stream up to 3 times per week, depending on the volume of spots we open up 

4. You will be able to promote your own website on your stream overlay

5. You will be given a streamer title on the forum for all members to see

What we Expect - 

1. Our logo to be placed somewhere clearly on your stream overlay at all times whilst streaming to our Youtube

2. You must Remain in control of You're Gambling, whilst promoting safe gambling at all times with your overlay including 18+ and www.begambleaware.org

3. Must comply with all UKGC regulations and requirements, & only promote Casino with a UKGC license.

4. Also any kind of Racism, homophobic or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the den!

5. We don't allow any promotional material on the Youtube, including the Youtube chat. so no links! (Overlay is fine)

The follow up video was actually worse. I think there is a clear need for a person to explain addiction, the pitfalls and the escape route for those people who find themselvs in varying forms of difficulty.

I have no doubt Phil is genuinely well intentioned and as a recovering addict he is able to understand the emotions of an addicted gambler as only an addicted gambler could. By attacking others, he risks deflection, and he simply reinforces the misconception that an addicted gambler's issues are anything other than self-inflicted.

I would imagine that for every addict one of the most important realisations has to be, "this is all my doing - no ifs, no buts and if they are going to recover they've got to be the first person to want to fix it.  Any deflection is wholly counterproductive.

I seen an interview with Neil Channing who is a wonderful story teller with an engaging personality who can talk about all aspects of gambling readily and expansively. He can hold the crowd like a story teller and is unerringly positive.

Of course problem and recovering addicts need good advice but it needs to be delivered positively in a friendly way whilst never sugar coating the viewer that the predicament that they find themselves in is down to them and them alone.

I hope he manages to recover fully though and rid himself of the urge to gamble permanently.

You will notice a news article toggle - this is a speculative feature, and we will be able to let you know when the news system is released if you check this option.

The GDM toggle allows you to enable or disable the Instant Messaging System.
