So, i should have known better when Jimbo lost £3,000 or so to this bullshit from the same outfit.

I classed his as a one off thing though and continued to play at Mr Vegas.

In my #3 Sunday Video, i won £4,500 playing at Mr Vegas.

I requested the withdrawal on 05/06/2022

I am still waiting as of 22/06/2022

Support will not answer me, they send a scripted template. They have now blocked me from withdrawing and made my account unverified.

Jimbo gave up after 3 months.

I am documenting everything on video including emails, attempts to talk to people etc.

They're happy for the £4.5k to sit in my balance playable this whole time.

Had some emails and DM's from people who this has been happening to.

I have tried contacting the CEO and a head person, no reply yet.

Update #2:

I am recording all interactions and events in a video log style

Apparently this outfit can just do as they please to peoples money.

This is straight theft in my eyes

Strange because VS used to be no problem for withdrawing as long as you were verified.

I stay away from both sites but the last interaction with VS when I withdrew I used a new card. When I went to withdraw they asked for a copy. I provided and normally they are quick. Not this time. Guess when they completed verification? 5 mins after I'd lost the amount I wanted to withdraw.......which they left in my balance saying I could not withdraw until they had a copy of the new card.

I think they are going the way of Casumo. As for what they are doing with you and Jimbo, bang out of order and you need to get the UKGC on it. I would not give up. Can you not close the account saying you are having gambling problems? They are supposed to give all funds at that point aren't they?

This was my last resort mate, close the account and they have to return the funds.

Thing is they don't seem to be following rules, so will they actually do what they're suppose to?

If they don't, get them reported. If they did it to you and Jimbo they will be doing it all over the show and run risk of losing their license

Had the same experience with them on a similar sum a few months back. Got my money eventually but they took literal weeks and weeks to do anything and would not reply to my messages. They are very quick with a withdrawal on any amount under 2k, it is in my account in 2 minutes.

Once you have a big win they ALWAYS find some reason to delay it and it's such a long-drawn-out process.

I think what happens is their payments are automated, but once you hit some kind of limit in their system, then it automatically gets transferred to a team to handle manually. This team will do everything in their power to stop you from taking out the money.

Interestingly my withdrawal was "locked", they removed the lock while this was going on and returned the money to my account.

The biggest draw to them for me has always been the lightning-fast cashouts but the chance that they may hold on to your money for an indefinite amount of time and their lower RTP has stopped me from playing there.

Pokerstars offer me the same withdrawal times, I have no fear about getting my cash and the RTP is higher across the board.

I am confident that you will get your money, they will just make it as hard as possible, don't let the F*&%$rs win and keep pushing them.

You're on to something there Rowanvella. I think if you request anything over £3,500 (I think that's the sum), all casino's are supposed to manually review and also conduct a SOW. This isn't their fault but no excuse to piss you about.

I keep my withdrawals to £2k max at Unibet. If I win over I split the withdrawals. Never had an issue with £2k so no need to tempt fate.

No source of wealth in my neck of the woods (republic of Ireland) so really no reason for them to have this system in place, other than to try and royally fist me.

They're a complete shower of wankers. The whole time this was going on their official statement whenever they replied was: "I can see already that your case was escalated to your payments department.  When they have processed your request, we will email you at our earliest convenience. Apologies for the wait, hopefully we would have some news for you soon!"

When pushed about how long I can expect to be waiting they always said the same thing, that it depends how busy they are and how many requests they have waiting.

When you are dealing with thousands of Euros, this level of unprofessionalism is simply not good enough, particularly when it's an organisation in which you spend a significant sum with every year.
