So as part of the website refurbishment, a new age gate has been put in place.

Have a play with and let me know what you think, i personally think it looks amazing and puts in that extra piece of protection that we needed to ensure only over 18's visit.

Everyone will have to verify their birthday and this information is not stored in any database 🤙 you will only need to do this once unless you clear your cookies or use a different device to sign in.

What is there to stop a youngster just adding in a false date of birth?

Nothing. The same applies for many different types of sites though. You can't as a site owner be responsible for people lying.

Nothing unfortunately. Until we are given training and licensing to check people's ID before they are allowed through, then this is the best we can actually do.

Although if it does happen that affiliates need to KYC anyone that visits then the game is up really.
