You do realise that with the GD intervention you may never have been paid at all. Despite your insulting comments he sought to help you and you did not even think to say a small thank you.

I didn’t make any insulting comments whatsoever I advised others GD were no help which in my opinion they were not . 34 days to receive my money back is not good enough even if it is proven GD did help it’s absolutely pathetic . If I’m shown evidence it was GD I’ll show gratitude for at least assisting in the end ,

There is no mediation required mate it’s clear what he’s trying to do to me . They took 34 days to pay me back GD couldn’t do anything about the casinos technical waiting time so they couldn’t help I haven’t abused them or called anybody any names my opinion is they were not helpful in my case . If it’s proven decisively otherwise then I’ll apologise and say thank you but I won’t be told who and when to say thank you to .

He's trying to placate you, to be polite and so on.
Calling someone 'little man' isn't specifically a name, but it's for sure in that ballpark.

Sure we look after our players as best we can, but
A - We can't always do anything (if that was indeed the case)
and
B - You can go off a person.

Expressing your views is one thing, and I understand why you'd be frustrated. But what I don't get is why you stayed after the issue was eventually 'resolved' (note I used the term loosely) and decided to come here and not only let us know the outcome, but tell us how shit we all are. Like, is it worth the energy?

I can't speak for him, but pokersmasher I think, may be wondering the same.
I can take a bit of rudeness, but it really isn't fair to speak to other members like that.

If there's something else you need from the thread, we are happy to assist.

David, your issue was an unusual one which is why it's taken this long, it wasn't just a simple case of a withdrawal and having to send documents etc.


Whilst I know your unhappy with the timeframe, I did speak to them several times on your behalf, and I'm not suggesting we had any input but I did what I could in a very unusual circumstance, therefore warning others that they get no additional support is bang out of order and you wouldn't believe the amount of hours I put into getting our players best experience when the play regarding speedy withdrawals and timely document checks.


The fact you said that we have to show evidence to support that we helped in any way is baffling to me beyond belief. 


I'm glad you got your money, record your sessions In future, video evidence goes a long way.
