Mate, that's a difficult one because the roulette reads like a bet was placed but no prize given normally meaning the number didn't come in but you've stated previously that it did? Again you didn't receive a hand on blackjack......this is a hard one. Do you record your sessions at all? 

So for the bets in the screenshots, the roulette didn't pay.....you had a chip on the winning number though? Blackjack didn't show you cards on the screen? Getting head round it.

Yes mate exactly that , and 

I don’t record anything so it’s really reliant on the casinos recordings / game records rather than my transactions

All happened within minutes of each other so I’m guessing they had an issue . The Bj issue I just wasn’t dealt in only one other person was dealt a hand and they told me via pit boss that it was rejected bet but refund malfunctioned and gave me a reference number . 10 days to resolve isn’t acceptable to me .

SO what was the last contact with the casino? 10 days ago?

I spoke to them today mate , repeated message “ it’s been escalated “ .

Hey man, we can escalate things on your behalf, and help you get the help you need, which we have. Unfortunately we cant speed up casino based internal investigations unless we decide to launch our own casino, it's in their hands

Finally refunded , believe it was 30 days from issue to refund which is absolutely shocking with no offer or gesture of anything for the trouble . Tried to close account couldn’t find where it was but will never play there again .
