Played live casino Roulette and winnings did not credit but stake taken twice. Moved to a blackjack table stuck 100 on and didn't receive a hand spoke to the pit boss who said bet was rejected but malfunction meant i didn't get a refund. Owed in the region of 170 quid sent over the transaction reference numbers but not having any joy getting the money.
Need more detail than you have given to even start to approach helping you. Why did winnings not credit? How did you not receive a hand? Did the screen not display the cards. You need to break it down. All too often people come on the Den and have a problem but do not give enough info to identify what the problem was to be able to resolve it.
Personally I think there should be something to do with IP addresses to help with people not creating multiple accounts.....and you could easily use different email addresses to have multiple entries. No point going off at Davey. He's admin and has every right to call you out on the multiple accounts. Going back to your problem, give me some detail and I'll see if I can help.

Monk , I really do not care about giveaways but just to clarify , if I used different emails addresses for giveaway entries for one casino only one of those email addresses would count the rest would be void as when the lads check to see 1) I signed up to the casino 2) I deposited that monthly only one username would be valid , so there would be no point in anybody trying to do this and I certainly haven’t done anything intentionally and this is being used to deflect . Don’t mind Davey asking the question but he’s being pedantic because I called out the BS with the help .
there’s not much more info I can give is there your asking why I didn’t receive the winnings ? How am I meant to know that ? My balance deducted and when the amount won displayed it didn’t credit to my balance , I repeated the bet same thing happened .
re blackjack hands I was one of two sat at the table , one person got dealt a hand I didn’t get dealt a hand , I asked the pit boss who told me it was a rejected bet but refund malfunctioned so I’d have to contact support with reference .
I don't play on the site and I know all sites are different but in your account section do you have an option to view the history? I have that option on most sites when it comes to slots (don't play tables) but I would assume the same would exist for table games. Your history should show each bet and the outcome. Is there anything like that on the site?
They asked me to send them the transactions references in my account which I did , at the moment for example the blackjack transaction says -100 in red , same with the roulette transactions.
It is really shady and poor tbh , when it happened I spoke to pit boss straight away and they give me a reference number nobody is saying anything other than “ it’s been escalated “
