I suspect that your experience is far from uncommon although it is extremely unlikely that you will not get paid at all - it just takes them forever to do anything. IMHO they are just massively under-resourced and the live chat are little more than call handlers passing on messages.

Genesis Global are probably only marginally able to operate effectively in the UK and despite their suspension it appears that they may not have learned enough about their own failings to prevent a reoccurrence of those self same failings before too long.

I would keep up the pressure until you get your cashout, less their fee of course, and place them on a banned list. There are a lots of other casinos who will treat you far better.

Leaving aside the topic of the community forum  as whether it is gambling, knitting, car mechanics or whatever else,  Paul's post demonstrates the value of forums as a mini community where people can come to spend a short while browsing topics of common interest with like minded people.  The few minutes it takes to escape to a different environment where it is possible to be entertained, enraged, educated or a range other other emotions gives us all a release from whatever else we having going on.

I would take this opportunity  just to  wish Paul  well and to thank him for his Bridget Jones  moment  as it is people who are brave enough to give of themselves that creates the real foundation of a genuine community. I only wish that there were far more people to view and contribute on the forum.

Sorry to hear about your woes and I think you have made a great decision here. 

Gambling should be for enjoyment and it is patently clear from your post that you have gambled through habit and that any enjoyment has long since gone.

I hope that you are able to stay away from it and devote both the money you will save and the the time no longer spent gambling towards your young family. They are your jackpot in life and it is not worth risking them for anything.

I cannot remember the provider but there was actually a bonus screen following a bonus that said Congratulations you have won £0.00 before they altered it.

They are hard to stomach though especially on games that take an age to land the bonus.
