I had a similar issue with Casino Gods they dragged out withdrawals for 3/4 weeks...

I had mentioned large deposits (I had deposited £20,000-£30,000)

Not once did they ever check my spending, I made numerous comments in live casino's chat etc...

Similar to the above they did not care less, Never contacted me regarding my spending or offered any tools to help me.

Genesis was the same I had spent nearly 100k across the network with not one single email/block from them. I cancelled all my withdrawals of around 49k in a day because they took so long in processing or doing anything to push them along.

The only time Genesis Network banned me was when I specifically stated I had a problem, despite making reference to a problem probably more than 20/30 times.

I have got help since, It was my own problem to deal with and I lost my partner, friends and nearly my family!

I'm sorry to have to say but Genesis break numerous rules surrounding the protection of customers, not once did they even do a source of wealth check!

I raised this with the UKGC around the time they had license issues who were actually disgusted in the email chain of 3 weeks where they kept asking for the same documents to purposefully delay the whole process in withdrawing the 40-50k.

I had accounts with NUMEROUS Genesis casino's too going from £50/100 deposits to sometimes 2k deposits at once!

Like the response above, they simply stated they would not be refunding any deposits and failed to ever reply to emails after.

It's a sticky debate but I had serious mental health problems at the time which gambling was escape (Worked hard on these too) but to spend such a huge amount in lifetime savings and inheritance with absolutely no care or sympathy from this casino says it all.

(VideoSlots actually refunded every single deposit I made because of the help I was getting at the time and the fact I needed help)

Apologies if this is all over the place and I appreciate everyone has different views but a Gambling addiction can take hold at any time and it's not always about losing money. I was addicted to escaping reality it became numbers on a screen and I look back and I was a totally different person.

Genesis if you ever read this, Shame on you - Not to mention the endless complaints still for your brands where you don't let people verify when they open the account saying 'We do not need documents at this time' then hit everyone with it when they go to withdraw taking weeks/months to drag it all out if ever now.

Guys I highly doubt they’ll pay out withdrawals! 

They have already deactivated live chat on the websites! 

honestly, seeing them use a ‘reserve balance’ tactic too to avoid compliance with the reversing of funds is disgusting too. 

It’s a shame, they would of been a great brand which a lot use but greed has made them completely shady. 

Ok so...

im so glad finally the UKGC have taken action. I’m embarrassed to admit but they stalled my withdrawals for weeks!! Kept stating it was missing documents, despite sending them all, promised timelines of when  the withdrawals would be paid, first one missed and then VIP got involved and the whole process was delayed again.

the process went on for 3 weeks and by the end I had reversed all of the £22,000!!!! 

they made it impossible to avoid it, encouraged play, froze my account, unfroze it, messed about so much to delay on purpose. 

I actually registered a complaint with the UKGC who agreed that there seemed to be huge failings where they stopped the verification section stating all documents received but then were claiming via email this wasn’t the case, they also refused to accept any documents, saying that they didn’t require documents only to then ask for everything after the withdrawal despite putting in nearly £10,000! 

Some may say it was my fault, I reversed the funds that may be true but when you experienced what I did, you lose your head. 

This really is music to my ears! They deserve to never have the license revoked! 

Ok so today something INSANE happened, 2 bets in £10 on 4 rolls andddd...

chance...8x then 4 rolls...

landed on some decent hits but then hit 1,600x so on a £10 bet I won £19,530 total 1953x 

I’ve never seen anything as crazy! The total won by everyone was massive! 

needless to say the shock of it all left me shaking!

I watched Craig's Video earlier and he mentioned you could possibly help with other Casino issues.

I've had my biggest ever cashout of £9,025 after hitting a double multiplier on Dream Catcher. It was pure cash didn't go into the bonus and live chat have said the withdrawals are approved just waiting for verification.

I can't recommend live support highly enough but I submitted docs and had to wait 72 hours and they have emailed to say I need to upload front and back of my old card (Luckily I still have this) but I haven't used it since 2018.

Anyway, I've now uploaded these and asked live chat and the whole 72 hour process has apparently started again, Does this seem normal?

I've also had confirmation of one of the documents as received but the second I didn't get an email for so I'm wondering if after another 72 hours the whole thing will start over once again as a missing document.

I just wondered if you could give them a nudge or am I just being impatient?

I think the max cash out is £5,500 per week so if it's delayed each time it could end up being such a long long timescale.

Update: Both withdrawals now paid out. One hit my account Sunday (Random) and the other hit my account today. So both took less than 24 hours to hit my bank after processing.

You really do have to pester but customer service were always so helpful in pushing things along.

Just to give an update, after speaking to live chat today they have finally verified me, after originally claiming they were missing documents, I screenshot an email detailing all the information was there. After proving this they have verified.

Obviously, still waiting on the pending withdrawals which are still processing so will update on this too to keep it fair for them too.

Hi guys,

Any advice would be great. I joined Casino Gods deposited and managed to wager the bonus. Stuck to the minimum bet, followed all terms and conditions.

Had an issue submitting Verification documents as under verification docs it just stated 'We do not need any details from you at this time'

I made 2 withdrawals totalling £2,800ish, Spoke to live chat who gave me the verification email, I've sent in all my documents including driving license, bank statement, front and back of card on Monday morning (9.30) and it's now Thursday afternoon and I've heard nothing.

It's all the same address, bank is the same bank as the card comes from.

I know they state 72 hours so I've just left it until now but the chat seemed very vague and just said hopefully it will be done soon?

I have since looked at reviews and no one seems too happy about withdrawals, so just wondered if you guys had any other info?
