Just to give an update, after speaking to live chat today they have finally verified me, after originally claiming they were missing documents, I screenshot an email detailing all the information was there. After proving this they have verified.


Obviously, still waiting on the pending withdrawals which are still processing so will update on this too to keep it fair for them too.

Great news they verified you, hopefully you shouldn't be waiting too long, I would factor in the weekend as they probably wont look at it til start of new week
