Why are Miami Jackpots asking for address documents at the point of withdrawal, basically preventing me from withdrawing my winnings until they have reviewed and approved it. I have deposited £160 since the 9th August, that's over a 10 day period, and not once was I asked to provide documents before depositing.

UKGC rules under licence condition 17 state 'A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to supplied as condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier'

'Licensees must obtain and verify information in order to establish the identity of a customer before that customer is permitted to gamble. Information must include but is not restricted to, the customer's name, address and date of birth'

So given i have had no issues depositing in the past 10 days and now as soon as i want to withdraw they are asking for an address document before I can, this is quite obviously a breach of this licence condition. Does this casino understand the repercussion's of breaching these licence conditions? And why does the support never reply on the chat facility and take days to answer emails. I want my winnings and this is not acceptable.

This casino is the most rigged casino i have ever used in all my years playing slots. Whoever is running this site and affiliating with this casino is going to be reported to the UKGC. How dare you scam players by promoting these rogue brands.

This site is really dodgy and i'm appalled that gamblers den is promoting them. Constantly disconnecting players from servers, there is something really off with this site and the way the slots play, I'm going to be contacting the regulators to investigate them thoroughly.

Withdrawals are very quick but the constant crashing of games is frustrating, I don't know what the issue is but it needs sorting. If you are hosting slot games in this day and age you should be providing a smooth experience. It's not just specific to one provider either, the games are crashing numerous times within the space of 10 minutes, the site is just not enjoyable at times.

I waited and waited, and nothing, nothing but a final no from MiamiJackpots. No back up, no support, it seems all you get from some people is stick for standing up for yourself. It seems it's ok for small casinos to rip players off, and you get people in the community who believe casinos are so honest and up front, they can't possibly screw a player over. Why is this casino promoted, for a start their terms are poorly translated in many places, they don't even make sense in others and yet they believe they have the right to enforce whatever they so choose and it be the final decision, look at the state;

Clause 5 doesn't even make sense, 'you are not permitted withdraw', great use of English there. Hang on, you can't withdraw with active bonuses, but if you do withdraw any unused bonus balance will be removed, ok, makes a whole load of sense does that.

Managed to scroll through the pages of spins on dead or alive and locate the exact spin I won on, i'm not right arsed about my username being shown, not played on this site since they mugged me off and restricted my entire withdrawal to £100. Amazing how they say i had no real money balance, won on dead or alive, not playable on bonus funds but yeh nobody seems to remember that bit, so all because i had a no deposit £1.70 bonus active my real money winnings don't count do they, I'm not entitled to real money winnings because apparently they can enforce bonus terms on to everything, including money not won from bonus funds on a bonus that ISN'T ATTACHED TO MY DEPOSIT, and people here think that's acceptable do they? Btw this screenshot was taken after they took all my funds and processed just £100 as a withdrawal, yet somehow £0.07 was left, bit of an odd one to say i could only have £100, shouldn't that be zero balance left in my account!!??

I haven't touched this site since this incident and I'm not sure i ever want to, I don't deserve to be mugged off like this, first off I've been brushed aside, told I'm in the wrong just because I won't sit back and accept being screwed over, and nobody has even tried to help, they just accept what the casino says and that's that. 

I don't appreciate being ripped off, so I thought i would contact Miami Jackpots and inform them that they are breaking UKGC regulations, only once they had realized I had caught them out, they decided to end the conversation. Let me proceed...Inactive accounts...

So Miami Jackpots, can you explain why you are breaking UKGC regulations? Charging fees after 180 days of inactivity, UKGC states 12 months inactivity is the minimum to be classified as dormant, and only then can you charge any sort of fee! If you had paid me the money you owed me, I wouldn't be doing this, but of course you think you can do what you want it seems. I apologise for my rants but as a player I seem to have very little power against a casino when they want to refuse payouts, why should I sit back and allow this to happen to me.

Hi Jchneo, I've just have a little read of your discussion.

I would like to inform you, that, if you have made winnings with your deposited money, you are allowed to withdraw it without no restrictions, even if you have accepted a bonus. It is only if you lose your deposit balance and start using the bonus funds, you will be restricted. You are entitled to the full £700 which you fairly won. As long as you are fully verified, the operator MUST process the £700 winnings. If they want, they can charge a 'reasonable' withdrawal fee if they wish to.

Go onto Google and search for Fair and transparent terms and practices - I'd highly suggest you read the statements, it is an interesting read.

I'd love to hear an update that you receive the money :-)

Thank you for your input, they emailed me back after waiting ages for a reply saying their decision is final, and they think that is acceptable, yet even after telling them I have won on real funds whilst the bonus is active on a game that cannot be played on bonus funds, they seem to think they can make up their own rules. I am actually disgusted with this casino, I have several screenshots at hand showing the dead or alive win, my deposited money, it's laughable, once i had won on dead or alive I moved on to book of dead doing £1 spins, only then did their £1.70 bonus that was active on my account start being wagered because book of dead counts towards wagering, now that literally took no time at all, it was a £1.70 bonus! And they think they have the right to restrict the entire balance, sorry but it doesn't work like that, and in regards to your fair practices, this is far from it. 

I highly recommend MIami Jackpots pay out the remaining money they took from me, this is not acceptable behaviour from a casino, if this is the sort of practice you undertake then you will not be around for long, and i'm sorry but in this day and age how on earth is any company allowed to get away with this, they have refused to pay out money that does not belong to them, there are a whole load of legal implications around something like this. And this is supposed to be a recommended casino?

Thank you, they will not reply to any of my emails, I have contacted live support who's only response was we have restricted your account, can you please confirm that you will not pursue this issue any longer, which i find very concerning, this is looking extremely bad in my eyes, i certainly will not stop pursuing this issue, I am owed £600, and I can't believe this is happening, I have never experienced anything like this.

I appreciate the responses. The problem here is that these bonus funds were not part of a deposit bonus and should not be attached to my real money. Hi Jimbo, I'm very upset by what has happened with Miami Jackpots, i signed up to this site through your link, and everything was fine until today. My first win came on dead or alive, i had a real money balance and some free bonus spins winnings, i decided to play dead or alive, which can't be played on bonus money, only real balance, which is fine, I play £0.18 bets (this was on the 24th, so a couple of days ago) and i win just over £400, I was buzzing. I won with my own money on a game that can't be played with the bonus funds, I managed to click a wtihdrawal for £700 in the end even though i won up to £1000 but then lost some. I played some other games like book of dead aswell, never going above £1 bets, I only play low stakes, £1 is high for me! I get an email from support saying your withdrawal has been declined and reduced to £100, you can't win more than £100 from bonus funds. What!?? I am so upset by this, I won just over £400 of that on dead or alive alone, this is just unbelievable.
