All I would say is Ryan has always put our players first & has never made a decision against the player unless he has good reason too.
That being said, to see you got a good will gesture shows how Ryan, even in this situation, has tried to put you first.
The "gesture of good will "was before I even contacted Ryan.
So basically this mean that they screwed me over without any reason and there's nothing I can do about it.... 700£ down the drain.
They can't even give me a reason of why they think 3rd party was used.
For 700£ I would should up at their doorstep and they won't review any further documents, decision is "final"
What's my next move Jimbo ? E-Cogra?

Just to add, I very much doubt they would just randomly say your account is being controlled by someone else without evidence. I appreciate the decision is disappointing but I'm sure Ryan has tried his best on his side to help.
It happend after I've them documents to verify my account, I've sent the same documents to multiple casinos over the years and never had a problem.
So after 3 weeks of waiting I've been sent this message. What a bunch of crap. This verification process was supposed to stop Money Loundering not payouts to players which have won the money ! Never had a issue with any other casinos. At the moment I have account open with IvyGrand,Videoslots and somemore. Last week I've made serval withdrawal and actually had to vertifity with IvyGrand and never had an issue!!

Hope it helps, I'd file a case with one of them, or all of them at the same time. I don't think we have a rep over here for this casino. Ask then to elaborate on their statement, and if that's a final decision.

Hi there all,
I'm having a problem with casinocasino, I had 1250£+120£ upon withdrawal however before I could do so I needed to verify my account. I went back and forth with them for few days, as phone bills weren't good and some other bills weren't ok as well. When I finally provided everything that they wanted, they have banned me and confiscated my winnings.
The message I've got from the on the online chat:
I can see that the account has been banned as there is not enough evidence to show a 3rd party is not controlling this account. Winnings are confiscated and 640 has been refunded as a goodwill gesture unfortunately this was a decision made by the verification team and I am assuming this is based on the documents we received
and that was all, refused to pay out my 730£ winnings. For that I can go to their headquarters for them soo me in person,
I never had that problem with Grand Ivy, should of stayed with them...
