I just want to ask can a game provider cancel and bonus as this is what videoslots are telling me and they can do nothing about it since BTG have cancelled my bonus 

Omg they have just back to me and told me the provider has cancelled my bonus and nothing can be done. Can videoslots do this?

Hello sorry having a lot of problems with casinos in the last few days. to keep the long story short i was playing on party casino got 4 bonus games on 4 different games came back the next day to play the bonus but the money hasn't been added to my balance i have messaged party casino they have told me to check my logs on the games but it isn't showing. i keep messaging them but they can't do anything unless i can show them something.

Was wondering if someone can help me out. I did a session on lil devil got the 40 heart stoppers and when i come to do the bonus i get an error message saying error trying to end game. Its been a week a they have onle just got back to me but still nothing is moving forward.

Yes i was bonus hunting and i had a problem with the connection  but when i went back on this afternoon the two bonuses was gone
