Hello sorry having a lot of problems with casinos in the last few days. to keep the long story short i was playing on party casino got 4 bonus games on 4 different games came back the next day to play the bonus but the money hasn't been added to my balance i have messaged party casino they have told me to check my logs on the games but it isn't showing. i keep messaging them but they can't do anything unless i can show them something.

I like to collect all the bonuses and use them at the end of my balance

Bonus hunting is fine but dont wait until the next day. They should be saved depending on the provider. What providers were they?

They have told me to check back the history log but it is not showing for some reason

Are you able to bonus hunt? Have you checked that you can do that?

Some providers only save for 24hrs max, some longer.

If the slot play is not showing on the casino log at all, that is very very worrying. I would keep pressure on them to check into it. Did you record any of the play?

It can be frustrating when bonus winnings don't show up. 😕 It's good that you've been in touch with their support, but it's a bummer they couldn't resolve it right away.

Sometimes, these issues can take a bit of back-and-forth to sort out. Just keep the communication going, and hopefully, they'll find a solution soon.
And speaking of online gambling, if you're looking for alternatives, you might want to check out the . I've heard good things about it, and it could be worth a shot if you're itching to play.
