True story this I used to watch chip few year ago and the was a lad that was constantly asking for help of chip and chip told him to email him an he will do what it takes to help anyway each week the lad would leave a comment on YouTube asking chip to reply so one day I had a  pop at chip for it basically you told this lad you was helping him then blank him but always put up you'd help to make yourself look good . Anyway that lad ending up finding me on fb an I helped just in talking to the lad chip then banned both the lad an me for calling him out on his bullshit. Don't like him comes across fake not real in his video 

Yes iv seen that but before that he asked for an update . I take it casilando has asked for it to be taken down

It's ashame you put on here about finally sorting your mess out then not actually doing anything about it no one has been in contact with Laura and nobody has told her what documents are wrong even though you have had 3months worth of bank statements now . Just want to thank everybody in the den for helping Laura only seems to get replys off casilando when you lot day something 🙏 thank you

Alright pal 1st of all just want to say a massive thank you for all the help you have given Laura 👍. Rico had closed her case and has had to reopen it and passed it on to a lad named Leo Rico has said Leo will sort it an Rico will overlook it . Leo has meant to of sent an email to Laura but as of yet hasn't received one which she has told Rico but no reply again. The documents are bank statements they want again for the passed 3 months but they have had this already an said the documents aren't right 😕 don't no how that works but she is waiting on Leo so she can send it all again

In my years of working with WHG this is my first bad experience.

I'm making more contact now and pushing for answers

Cheers pal Laura's now sent bank statements to 2 different email addresses 5 times now for them to say again today they haven't received them . Plus Rico emailed saying he fought it was sorted to then pass it on to another rep called Leo an none of them has said one word . Thank you for helping it's really appreciated pal

What a mess. So where is this up to now? They have statements, they are approved and they are happy?

according to them they now again havent received statements and want her to do it again going back 22 November to today . Just doesnt make any sense

So on the one hand there happy with it now they haven't received or its not been updated there end so they want bank statements from 22 November to today from her second bank which was only used because the money didn't go in her 1st bank the 1st 2 times so why would they even ask for statements going back to November of her second bank ? By the way on the 25th of Feb when they was happy with the statements they was from 22 November to the 25 of Feb 

Morning all after my partner not hearing anything she's been on chat this morning to be told her bank statements aren't correct yet on the 25 they said everything was fine can anyone help
