This is the 7th day of pending withdrawl now....such a shame to jimbo and craig who work so hard promoting good casinos...to get a shit one like this let u guys down....kassu customer service terrible and not helpful what so ever

Hi mate, sorry to hear you've been having problems with Kassu. Only thing regarding this issue I can say really is you should of read the terms, mainly:
- Should the situation arise whereby a player does not receive a Bonus when they have qualified, they must contact Kassu, prior to playing with their funds via the Live Chat function or via email at support@kassu.com. Failure to do so may result in the Bonus being forfeited by the player.

Debit card mate....still says pending withdrawl
Ive been waiting 3 days now for a withdrawl on kassu and its still pending...howvlong do these guys take?? They advertise fast withdrawls....not true obviously
