Think they r trying they put the money back in the casino account so I tried to withdraw again said wait 3-5 days but been 7 now

so I won a bit on casino cruise tried to withdraw £500 had to get verified again took 3 weeks then they said money was released on the 27th October but still waiting for it to go in to my bank account keep saying something about a middleman (worldpay) not releasing the money I’m like wtf it’s now the 8th November still nothing 

so just asking a rep what’s going on plz

Yes it is sorry I’ve now been blocked from live chat so all l can do is email which I’ve done to the complaints department but think just got back a generic email as soon as I get the money I’m shutting them all 

I find with whitehat gaming it’s 72 hrs n in the bank
