so I won a bit on casino cruise tried to withdraw £500 had to get verified again took 3 weeks then they said money was released on the 27th October but still waiting for it to go in to my bank account keep saying something about a middleman (worldpay) not releasing the money I’m like wtf it’s now the 8th November still nothing 

so just asking a rep what’s going on plz

They're full of shit. I use casino's that use Worldpay and processing is done in 24 hours.

When are the lads ever going to bin Genesis Global off. With all the shit encounters people have had and logged here, they aren't worth promoting.

Expect a reply from  Genesisglobal  AFTER they do what they need to make it look like everything is fixed.

Thing with genesis, almost every time me or jimbo ask them to fix something, they do it.

So we are kind of like well we feel like our players are protected because we can sort things, but i agree those things shouldn't even be a 'Thing' to begin with

It used to be 2 working days but recently it seems to be as soon as the operator has authorised the funds will be in my account a couple of hours later. This is how LeoVegas at one point operated (and may still do so).

I have had a delay in the past when using LeoVegas but never past 48hrs. Worldpay are never to blame in my experience. It is usually the casino delaying or being slow.

Think they r trying they put the money back in the casino account so I tried to withdraw again said wait 3-5 days but been 7 now
