Hi all, I sent a message via the contact us page but I thought I'd post it here also.


I'm having a problem getting my latest withdrawals processed from casilando, I have 3 withdrawals in pending and they have been there for over the 48 hours I was told on live chat it would take to process them. I contacted them again this morning and they kept repeating the same thing, that it takes 24 - 48 hours, even after I told them it has passed this. I am fully verified with them and I signed up through your link and have not had a problem with previous withdrawals (in the bank in a couple of hours), do I just wait indefinitely or what. I signed up only a couple of weeks ago and This is my first and only online casino I have signed up with and this experience is a little off putting.

Hey, don't know whether it was you guys or not but they have now just processed my withdrawals. If it was you guys, thank you.


Im gonna try not to let this experience bother me and continue using casilando as I really do like the choice of games and how easy everything is to use there.

Hi guys I’m having the same issue, my withdrawal has been pending for over the 48 hour period now and still nothing. Any ideas?

I find with whitehat gaming it’s 72 hrs n in the bank

It’s PayPal I use and it’s just the fact they hadn’t  processed the withdrawal at all, it was just sat in pending but I managed to get it sorted after 4 hours on live chat with 5 different people

WHG processing times are very poor in comparison with some casino's

I’m also having issues with casilando . I’ve withdrawn 770 and now they are stating I won’t have it before I do there wealth checks . I had accidentally put in 1000 rather than 100 so I thought I’d better withdraw most of it as
