Hey guys

Really disappointed in you diving head first into promoting BC Casino which is really not a safe place to play.

After hunting all over their site and chatting (eventually) with their help there is apparently NO way at all in setting a deposit limit.

Can you please look into this as this is bonkers and extremely dangerous.

Please please please correct me if I'm wrong and have not been advised properly and let me know exactly how to set deposit limits.

It was sent to the managenent, we don't actually own the casino else it would have a lock withdrawal feature like rizk casumo etc.

However just because we raised it, they have no obligation to listen or change anything and i am not making a commitment to never post a casino on here that doesn't have a lock feature because we would be left with rizk or casumo

As suggested above i really think you need to gamstop or close your acconts at any other casinos without a lock feature. 

As much as i agree that reversals should not be allowed, thats something ukgc need to rule and not us. 

This doesn't excuse that you was irresponsible in this case though and you nedd to come to terms with that and out in the measures above that have been suggested

Youre always saying youve got our backs and the fact this casino still allows the cancelling of timeouts is rediculous...

You should not be promoting a dangerous casino!!!

Can you do as you say and actually take action cause Ive raised it here and sent Jimbo several email and still this casino allows this concept defective practive

Hi Jimbo,I've tried contacting you before and also CasinoCasino with regards to their cool off function and the probelms persist.Basically its about the ability to reset the cool off function - Why is this possible???Cool off functions are really important for me and many other players as when we reach our limit for the month or week or whatever then we can simply hit cool off and be safe in the knowledge that we cannot log back into our accounts and spend any more money.  I have deposit limits set but these can be changed on a daily basis with most casinos so I rely on the cool off feature of all my casinos to help manage my gameplay.CasinoCasino is the only casino which Ive used the function only to find that I can reset itand log in 24 hurs later to play again... this is clearly a measure to draw you back into the casino to spend more money... can you please ask them to remove the reset function as this would actuallyy encourage me to play more their however due to this rediculous state of affairs I generally stay well clear of this casino.
