Hi Jimbo,I've tried contacting you before and also CasinoCasino with regards to their cool off function and the probelms persist.Basically its about the ability to reset the cool off function - Why is this possible???Cool off functions are really important for me and many other players as when we reach our limit for the month or week or whatever then we can simply hit cool off and be safe in the knowledge that we cannot log back into our accounts and spend any more money. I have deposit limits set but these can be changed on a daily basis with most casinos so I rely on the cool off feature of all my casinos to help manage my gameplay.CasinoCasino is the only casino which Ive used the function only to find that I can reset itand log in 24 hurs later to play again... this is clearly a measure to draw you back into the casino to spend more money... can you please ask them to remove the reset function as this would actuallyy encourage me to play more their however due to this rediculous state of affairs I generally stay well clear of this casino.

Yes I have done via email and he said that they don't allow you to cancel a timeout however they do - Anyone with an account can check

I’m so annoyed at myself, I haven’t gambled for a while last night I put in £200 into casilando and lost it I then put another £200 in that I couldn’t afford lost it then another £100 on the last £100 it took me about 6hours to get up to 3.5k and it been early in the morning and I had to be for work at 7 I withdrew it. About 10mins later I couldn’t sleep so went back into my account and reversed the withdrawal and within about 45mins between slots and blackjack I was down to 2k so I withdrew that, again couldn’t sleep so reversed the withdrawal again this time it was 4am and I lost it all down to the last £400 and I knew I had to take it out to cover my bills why why why. I had been doing well just gambling here and there what I could afford to loose and it just all flipped and I found myself putting more in. Also maybe because I am angry but why did the casino let me reverse my withdrawals 3 times within about 8 hours ahhhhhhhhhh no more for me for a while just going watch you guys do your thing.

that sucks mate its a horrible feature on casinos. imo bud you should maybe try gamstop for 6 months or something just until you can get a bit more control or play at casumo where you can lock withdrawals. i dont mean to sound condescending just giving advice what i would do bud

I’d highly advise you to just play at casinos that have no option to reverse it or one that alows you to lock them, if your looking for any with that option go for rizk, casumo or skybet.. i think it’s absolute scum that casinos can get away with pending withdrawals!! 72 hours your withdrawal is pending with some casinos?!? I mainly use sky because if I withdraw I’ve got the money in my bank within 2 days

Can you do as you say and actually take action cause Ive raised it here and sent Jimbo several email and still this casino allows this concept defective practive
It was sent to the managenent, we don't actually own the casino else it would have a lock withdrawal feature like rizk casumo etc.
However just because we raised it, they have no obligation to listen or change anything and i am not making a commitment to never post a casino on here that doesn't have a lock feature because we would be left with rizk or casumo
As suggested above i really think you need to gamstop or close your acconts at any other casinos without a lock feature.
As much as i agree that reversals should not be allowed, thats something ukgc need to rule and not us.
This doesn't excuse that you was irresponsible in this case though and you nedd to come to terms with that and out in the measures above that have been suggested

Well I have quiet the experience over the weekend with a sister casino of Jonny jackpot and captain spins, it’s know as Spinland deposited 20 pound and got 100% match offer cash funds ran out almost straight away so was plodding through wagering hit moon princess on a pound went for 228 quid so was quiet happy played a few other games and the went to who wants to be a millionaire mystery box on 50p to start off was playing alright so upped it to a pound hit the bonus got to the 50x in the bonus payed 420 quid so smashed through couple more games on similar 1-2 pound stakes anyway got through the wagering finished on 595.47 withdrawl request of 550.47 and yes I took the 47p so sat content waiting in this time of self isolation thinking well I’ve got that money in the bank but then this happened
So I went on and checked my account and low and behold this was there 
as you can see there is one stated ‘spin’ of £5.50 on my account which in actual fact was me gambling a win of £5.50 as you can see I’m on a £1 stake yet the have voided my winning from bonuses funds and returned my original deposites to my account but yet it’s impossible to stake 5.50 anyway as the stake is £5 or £6 pound so any help with this much appreciated I’ve put it up for dispute but can take 10 days or so
