Have some patience mate. I've personally been paid out £1800 from the lads. They have to get all winners verified first otherwise they are wasting their time doing one payment here and one payment there. If you were eligible you'll get your money. If you aren't then they will let you know. They are real people with real lives remember. If you are so desperate that you need a free to enter prize money then I would advise you stay away from gambling. 

Just so you are aware, I thought I would test and I've just tried to deposit and they are more than happy to take my deposit without awaiting the verification of my bank card. But funnily enough I can't withdraw. This is scandalous.

Its been 48 hours since I sent over the requested document. Ive tried speaking to live chat 2 days ago but it's just a bot and they say they aim to respond in 6 hours but received no correspondence. I've sent off a email to their support team with attached document, aswell as uploading them through their site. Nothing. I can't withdraw my money until they have verified the document and they allow the balance to stay playable (disgraceful) any chance you could get in contact with them and ask them to get a fucking move on lol. It's literally the front of my bank card, should take them 5 minutes to verify. Not 48+ hours while my money is sat still being allowed to gamble.
