Its been 48 hours since I sent over the requested document. Ive tried speaking to live chat 2 days ago but it's just a bot and they say they aim to respond in 6 hours but received no correspondence. I've sent off a email to their support team with attached document, aswell as uploading them through their site. Nothing. I can't withdraw my money until they have verified the document and they allow the balance to stay playable (disgraceful) any chance you could get in contact with them and ask them to get a fucking move on lol. It's literally the front of my bank card, should take them 5 minutes to verify. Not 48+ hours while my money is sat still being allowed to gamble.

Just so you are aware, I thought I would test and I've just tried to deposit and they are more than happy to take my deposit without awaiting the verification of my bank card. But funnily enough I can't withdraw. This is scandalous.

Also industry standard... please don't forget all  k casinos are like this, scandalous. Happy to take your money, but when you try and withdraw, suddenly happy to commit to their requirements.
Legit never seen a casino that doesnt do the check OR a casino that does it pre deposit.

any update from your connection? I still cant withdraw but when I go through the link to see what documents I need to upload for verification there is nothing I need to do. Complete bullshit at this point.
