ive filled out a contact form and sent it a few days ago not heard anything back I appreciate they are busy and have things going on I really do understand, I’ll just have to wait it out. But its a bit frustrating when everything seems to be a waiting game. And we get no answers.
Not just hours, were talking over 7days with these casinos.
Sorry to hijack your topic but I’ve had the same issue with Kassu absolute scam artist they are I’ve withdrew £600 once before had no issues then I’ve withdrew £1100 on the 11th December then they asked me to verify my account so I did they are then trying to say because my PayPal email is a different EMAIL NAME that is is not my PayPal they then blocked my account saying that I have self excluded! I have not. Live chat are saying it’s a mystery, it’s laughable. I’m asking live chat what is happening and you get no answers at all. Waited 7 days for the withdrawal then for them to refund my deposit!! I’ve messaged the guys but waiting on reply but I mean cmon worst experience ever and we are trusting them with our money and they simply do not want to pay. it’s a complete joke
