Hi guys!

i signed up with Pelaa quite recently (think it was through jimbocasino page) and deposited £30 with a 100% match. I managed to beat the wager requirements and actually won just shy of £4000.

however I’m having issues with the withdrawal process I have two transactions both of which are £1500 pending in my withdrawals for well over the 48 hrs they stipulate in their rules. When talking to the live chat they have said there’s a delay in payment but won’t tell me what for or how long I will have to wait. The verification also won’t let me upload any documents to quicken the process.

i was hoping you guys would be able to look into this for me and see if I’m facing any issues as I’ve seen on some forums that some people have been waiting weeks for their winnings!

In the mean time, don't do what they are hoping and reverse the money, put the account in a "take a break" for 7 days and let us sort your cash out dude.

I think with genesis brands you just need to wait for them to sort the withdrawal out, as long as they havn't emailed you with any issues, its just a waiting game

Having same issues, not exactly a £4000 win but it's taking just as long . Live chat is a joke and nobody tells you anything, really not a great experience so far. Wouldn't deposit again after this messing around. Love how on their site it advertises fast withdrawal, brilliant

Hi Ctimms,

I’m still waiting for the withdrawal and it took them 5 days to ask me for ID, I tried to preempt this by submitting the ID earlier but they wouldn’t allow it.

Its now been 72 hours and still haven’t heard of my ID is sufficient and I just get fobbed off by the service desk and their number on their site doesn’t work for long periods of time.


how long have you been waiting for? also use Craig’s above advise and set a 7 day cooling off period to avoid the temptation of cancel the withdrawal! 


@Jimbo + Craig - Can you help push this through guys as Pelaa is by far the worst casino withdrawal I’ve ever experienced, they have totally gone against all there timeframes they supply in their t&cs and I definitely never be using them again!

Yeah iv had nothing stil, iv been waiting 5 days now in total. I just am fascinated how their website offers quick withdrawals......how?? It would be quicker for me to fly to their head office and speak to them

I am also being fobbed off and told nothing, not been asked for i.d so I'm guessing this is next for me with more delays 

Jimbo and Craig I understand you guys are busy etc but this website is truly bad. I have been a avid fan and Watched your videos from the beginning and supported most of your website offers and this is just ridiculous. I would seriously remove Pelaa and Kassu from your casino offers page as this is made me never want to use an online casino again. Really bad experience has made it not fun and very sour  and I'm actually bored of waiting to the point I just don't care. 


I just love how fast the money was taken yet it's taking this long to process a withdrawal

Wouldn't bother trying this site if anyone is reading

I got an email saying payment processed, didn't need to send i.d in or anything. Weird eh? How did you get on? Says be in my bank within 1-3 working days . We shall see but it can't be reversed anymore

Still no response regarding ID verification and yet again being fobbed off from the live chat! It’s been an absolute farce by far the worst casino I’ve ever experienced.

im hoping jimbo is able to look into this for me as I’m starting to doubt I’m ever going to get this money.

Sorry to hijack your topic but I’ve had the same issue with Kassu absolute scam artist they are I’ve withdrew £600 once before had no issues then I’ve withdrew £1100 on the 11th December then they asked me to verify my account so I did they are then trying to say because my PayPal email is a different EMAIL NAME that is is not my PayPal they then blocked my account saying that I have self excluded! I have not. Live chat are saying it’s a mystery, it’s laughable. I’m asking live chat what is happening and you get no answers at all. Waited 7 days for the withdrawal then  for them to refund my deposit!! I’ve messaged the guys but waiting on reply but I mean cmon worst experience ever and we are trusting them with our money and they simply do not want to pay. it’s a complete joke
