No problem bmwbreaker. Kassu and Pelaa both fall under genesis casinos which is probably why your having issues.


after two weeks of waiting I’ve found out I need to send the back of my card now before they process, beyond a joke!!

@Jimbo & Craig - I love your videos and there always fun to watch but please consider your affiliation with these casinos, if they are treating all their customers in the same way myself and the two others in the thread have been treated it doesn’t shine a good light on anyone.

I appreciate Jimbo and Craig are busy but not a reply from either is putting me off using their affiliate links again. Be nice to hear from either regarding this issue, I thankfully got my withdrawal after 7 days but it was only £190 and not as big as your two so guessing they only require documents when it's a large withdraw. I have never been asked. Very strange casino . Definitely self excluded already

ive filled out a contact form and sent it a few days ago not heard anything back I appreciate they are busy and have things going on I really do understand, I’ll just have to wait it out. But its a bit frustrating when everything seems to be a waiting game. And we get no answers. 
Not just hours, were talking over 7days with these casinos.

Hi All,

Just to provide an update on this:

Yesterday I finally got verified after a week of waiting and an additional 5 days for them to ask for ID. Finally today I’ve seen they have processed my withdrawal finally, I’m unsure if you were dealing with my issue Jimbo but if you were thank you! I would recommend to anyone to avoid their live chat and to try and call there number on there website as I had so much progress on the account once I was able to get hold of them on the phone. 

For those of you reading despite winning I wouldn’t recommend Pelaa and would suggest sticking with the market leaders instead, as this experience has definitey put me off using random online casinos going forward despite there enticing welcome offers.

fingers crossed I don’t have a similar wait for the money to enter my account.......
