This is the 7th day of pending withdrawl now....such a shame to jimbo and craig who work so hard promoting good casinos...to get a shit one like this let u guys down....kassu customer service terrible and not helpful what so ever

yeah i agree Kassu are a shit casino and shit company too they are very strict to their terms and conditions make sure that you have not broke any terms even by betting over £5 otherwise all winnings will be confiscated and there is nothing you can do about it either it happened to me once on slotty casino dipped into bonus funds by 50 pence or something stupid then started to win got it upto 900 odd quid i think it was and then i went on a Elk provider slot called Ecuador gold and never played it before in my life and i mistakenly clicked on betting strategies via the auto play clicked on £2 stake and then i left it playing while i went to the toilet went down stairs i put my dog in the garden then made a coffee i came back and the autos had stopped and so i clicked off the game played something else without knowing anything wagered the bonus made a withdrawal of £500 exactly and 2 days later gets an email from slotty to say that i broke their terms by betting 36 of 6 meaning i done 36 bets of £6 on Ecuador gold from their proof of gameplay they sent me via email.. and even i couldn't believe it i went crazy at them accusing them of all sorts and they confiscated my withdrawal i  was battling my brains as to why they would think i would do £6 bets on one game only and then when i done my further investigations i realized that it was my fault all along and i didn't even know it. so just be careful VERY CAREFUL!!! 

Becks: thats my problem with Kassu now. I deposit 30€ and won 1300€ and played it down to 1000€ and did a withdraw.

The next day i got a email saying i have played 6 spins on 6€ Bet, so theycanceled my 1000€ withdraw and gave me 30€ back. 

I aasked for game history and got it eventualy. Read trough the 20+ pages and did find the 6 spins they are talking about, but im 100% i didnt do them. Im not a highroller. I play 2€ as max bet. I would never trippel my max stake, so i know i didnt do this. 

Oh, and btw, according to the game history, none of the 6 spins where wins at all. Not a single one. 

So yes, i call bullshit on Kassu and their decision. And i really hope Gamblersden can help me.

Yup iknow kasu is shit guys, why play it when there are much better casinos.

That its even possible to play 6 euro spins when its not allowed says enough about the casino.

@ Slasher I am so sorry to hear that yeah i know this seems to be happening to a lot of people now and to be honest i agree it is not fair really and i'm going to just say it as it is if they cancelled your withdrawal and confiscated your winnings and then emailing you stating that you placed 6 bets of £6 and even though you didn't know it and they showed you proof of your gameplay via email then it is nothing more you can do about it,. I tried my best to get my winnings back off Slotty casino sister site same company to Kassu anyway.. but they wouldn't have it either way its just a dead end im afraid but what you got to do the next time you think about playing at these type of casinos is record your gameplay.  This is what i do now because at least if they come back to me and say some bullshit  I know that i have proof of my gameplay and i can just email it over i haven't had any hassle since. If you play on PC then what you can do which is what i do is i press  Windows logo key + Alt + R: Start/stop recording  it will open up the gamebar and it will automatically record your session each recording lasts up to an hour per recording. its great if your unable to use other software like OBS  and it works a treat trust me. and if you play on kassu again @Slasher then do not play ELK provider games or if you do then just read it before you press play LOL i didn't even read it so it was my fault.  let me know how you get on though ? keep me updated i really hope that Jimbo or Craig can sort this out for you.

Also if your in bonus funds what they should do is have a block for who ever bets over £5 it should crash the game automatically i think its important that this should be in place no questions asked, i know that certain casinos have that in place and it is really really useful maybe Jimbo or Craig can ask Kassu to have it place where no one can bet over £5 while in bonus funds that would do the trick :D

Made a withdrawal that they claim has been paid, yet no sign of it.

Something definitely not right about the way they are handling it.

Having login issues when trying to log into Kassu using gamblers den at the moment .

Have messaged you guys about Kassu not releasing my withdrawal. Every representative I speak with gives me different reasons why it has not been done yet!
