I just deposited 20 EU on Kasu to try it out.
First i didn't get the bonus i thaught i had to wager like 5 or maybe more to get the bonus money and free spins.
So when i was out of money i contacted live chat which toke me over 10 minutes.
I asked them about the bonus which i clicked on when i deposited. They said they cant add the bonus anymore and could not help me.
They dont even give me the bonus back they just said "Your next deposit will be a 50% deposit bonus" which is even worse then the normale Welcome bonus.
Wat a waste of money and a waste of time.
I joined over 5 giveaways on Gamblersden and every site was good in my opinion but Kasu has a glitchy website balance changed a few times back to 20 and to 0, i didnt receive my bonus which i clicked on, service takes long, and site loading screens take very long @ me.

Hi mate, sorry to hear you've been having problems with Kassu. Only thing regarding this issue I can say really is you should of read the terms, mainly:
- Should the situation arise whereby a player does not receive a Bonus when they have qualified, they must contact Kassu, prior to playing with their funds via the Live Chat function or via email at support@kassu.com. Failure to do so may result in the Bonus being forfeited by the player.

I wwon 1000€ and they claim i placed bets higher then 5€ and for now they wont show me the proof.

Sorry too jump on this thread as well but it's Rob from YouTube who is having problems with Kassu as well and Jimbo said contact you on the forum how do I go about that?

Can you use the contact form https://www.gamblersden.com/about/contact and select 'Casino Problem' then give us your Kassu email address, we will get it looked at right away

Kasu Doesn't seem very trustworthy to me.
Again, all the other casino's were absolutely fine and thanks for that i won some nice money on it!
