I have a question.  I have entered the players draw for Febuary with Conquestador . My entrance number is 23 .  Because they were having differculty with my email address l asked them to change it . Viktor from support said he couldn't.  and e-mails went on for the next couple of weeks trying to sort the problem . Viktor advised me to close the account and then open a new one with the different e-mail address . This is what lve done , deposited and played in my new email address.  My question is do l need to withdraw my entery and then enter using my new email address??  I haven't won any draws yet but the last thing l want is to get lucky and not get paid due to a technicality  😂

I already have a casino euro account but l contacted them earlier to ask if I was to enter casino euro under the link gamblers den and deposit money and play would l still be able to enter your monthly draws .  They have advised me to ask you . Please can you advise .
