Well my one said it on screen cancel withdrawal next to pending 100%

That wasn’t the part that got to me,

its Fact I withdraw and then they wanted Id and that they cancelled the withdrawal and put back in to funds. 
iv done on loads and loads of site withdrawal and they stop the funds being accepted until sent in ID but the funds was still locked until then. 

truthful I don’t till they ask iv had 3-4 account with here yako and the rest never once have I had to. And iv withdrawal with them multi times. 

but yh  I just didn’t see them putting it back in account thou when locked was locked 

Yh 100% spent the money but if lock I wouldn’t cause not aloud  

and this was over probably 10 deposit nothing

put over £500 in nothing I get that casino ask when withdrawaling but it’s always block the fund until send in iv got a email saying it all

so joined conquestador site over day played like crap to be fair but give a never go today, 

got up to £480 took out £440 asked me loads question befor withdrawal 

(it also didn’t have a lock withdrawals just undo withdrawals)

 lost the rest, so leave site 

email back in like 30 mins  saying cant  accept withdrawal so log back on see what going on £440 in balance saying they won’t accept withdrawal to I send in ID 

so me be gambler end up losing it just cause they don’t lock withdrawals or lock account too u sort Id out

Joined casilando today and was up £60 with a £20 bonus on top. Went into Jurassic park, put onto auto play whilst I left the room thinking it was on a low stake, and it had somehow ended up on £10 stake and I lost everything as I didn’t know. Contacted customer service and they refused to help in any way as the bets had been completed (which yeh of course they have, but I wasn’t aware of the stake and as soon as I saw the error I contacted them). Not really fair!
