IIt doesn't matter if he plasters it on the front page of his site, it doesn't really matter if it was an unknown glitch that they've fixed. (Maybe he'll save bonuses on them again to show its fixed to confirm thats the case on a future vid), the bad bit is them only returning the stake and no other 'sweetener' thar we know of to at least make it easier to swallow..poor customer service which deserves at least a drop on their rating from it and at best ditching as an endorsed affiliated site by him..why does that seem an unreasonable opinion to hold? Players should be able to have  confidence in a gambling site that they aren't gonna get screwed like he just has been with the amount of poor ones out there

I don't think It's harsh,  so he's made a  comment on a vid/forum post that most who find this site weeks or months down the line won't ever see.

Everyone can have an opinion though.. mine isn't the only comment suggesting he shouldn't play there now btw. .He's regularly commented about only using sites he's tested and found to be trustworthy etc yet this one has fallen short IMO. I like Jimbo, don't mind affiliation, this just doesn't sit well with me.simple as..you (and he) can disagree, I'm sure he won't lose too much sleep over little old me having a gripe on here.I haven't yet approached the national press 😅

That they accept it was their error and still only refund the stake and do nothing to compensate for whatever wins they should have returned is disgraceful..The fact you continue to partner and they retain your 5star rating is just as disgraceful I'm afraid. You have an obligation to your sign ups to be more transparent about the casinos you promote..theyre clearly a risk for people copying your bonus hunt methods and clearly don't resolve issues satisfactorily.5 star my arse
