So having spoken to my guy at ABC and after them looking into it this is the decision they made.


Regarding the 3 net Ent bonuses that crashed on the last spin, they paid me that which was about £160

Regarding the 3 bonuses I lost, they chose to refund me my stake for each bonus, meaning I received £6, £4 & £3 into my balance.


After arguing the toss about this, they decided that the decision is final.


Flabbergasted is an understatement.

I had a bonus on joker pro at ABC and it froze half way through with alot of wilds and showing the win and all they done was give me my stake back.. not played there since

if this happened to you think about the affiliates that join that casino

me personally i wouldn't promote them anymore 

one of them bonuses could spin 1000x ++ ...and you got stake back :(

All British Casino - Well after seeing this I'll never be logging in there again. This happened to me on another site and they lost the customer permanently too. if the casino cannot be trusted to act fairly then there is absolutely no point in playing there. 

Jimbo, that is really bad luck and you should consider whether promoting them to others is even the correct thing to do now.


What can BTG do to help you with the DHV bonus - their systems are apparently second to none.

the only positive out of this is that the error in their system which caused this to happen has now been fixed, I just happened to be the fall guy so I wouldn't expect any further issues regarding this...

I think that's highly unlikely. Of course they are gonna say system error and its never happened before. Seems impossible that this error happened for the first time ever and it somehow happened too you and they have now magically fixed the issue. I've had similar issues on leovegas and on videoslots. However the provider found the bonus and paid me what it apparently would have paid. If you can speak to btg to see what they say about it.

That's shocking that is. As you have it on video you could try to take it further with some one who deals with the casinos or something like that

That is absolutely shocking, I know they have guidelines to follow if anything like this occurs but a decent bonus guarantee would've been more acceptable.
