the only positive out of this is that the error in their system which caused this to happen has now been fixed, I just happened to be the fall guy so I wouldn't expect any further issues regarding this...

I really think the way you two promote the casinos is great and you are all very helpful to everyone having an issue but if something like this happens you then it's going to happen again to one of your viewers.
I know it's business and you are probably getting a good deal for them that far outweighs the bonuses but issues like this where there is no give is a major red flag to not promote it.
That they accept it was their error and still only refund the stake and do nothing to compensate for whatever wins they should have returned is disgraceful..The fact you continue to partner and they retain your 5star rating is just as disgraceful I'm afraid. You have an obligation to your sign ups to be more transparent about the casinos you promote..theyre clearly a risk for people copying your bonus hunt methods and clearly don't resolve issues satisfactorily.5 star my arse

I don't think It's harsh, so he's made a comment on a vid/forum post that most who find this site weeks or months down the line won't ever see.
Everyone can have an opinion though.. mine isn't the only comment suggesting he shouldn't play there now btw. .He's regularly commented about only using sites he's tested and found to be trustworthy etc yet this one has fallen short IMO. IIt doesn't matter if he plasters it on the front page of his site, it doesn't really matter if it was an unknown glitch that they've fixed. (Maybe he'll save bonuses on them again to show its fixed to confirm thats the case on a future vid), the bad bit is them only returning the stake and no other 'sweetener' thar we know of to at least make it easier to swallow..poor customer service which deserves at least a drop on their rating from it and at best ditching as an endorsed affiliated site by him..why does that seem an unreasonable opinion to hold? Players should be able to have confidence in a gambling site that they aren't gonna get screwed like he just has been with the amount of poor ones out there
as I said its been fixed and I am the fall guy for that, am I happy about it no but I'd rather it be sorted for future purposes for everyones sake. that being said your right we will adjust their rating and add some information regarding what happened.
Jimbo I don't think you were the fall guy. I can guarantee that it will have happened to another player and it will happen again. It's happened to me multiple times on multiple sites. Albeit I never just got stake back I got what the bonus paid whether that be an average or the actual amount, I don't know. I do believe you have been transparent in fairness and have done the most you can to make people aware but like the other guy said to think you were the fall guy is maybe slightly naive. Good on you for changing the rating/adding a footnote though.

Looks like rolla has had the same issue. Big time gaming have said it's a third party issue ie ABC. Looks like they didn't/couldn't find a fix after you got fucked.
I notice that for rolla his danger bonus saved, and that was one I lost, so i think they fixed the ones i reported, but not all
Looks like he may get the bonuses back. Keep an eye on it because if he manages to get the bonuses, your stake back is a slap in the face.
