I was forced self exclusion from slot planet (linked with several other casinos here I believe) will this affect my current and possible future entries to giveaways from these sites? If so is there anything you can guys can do to get it reversed? If not I will simply make another account under a different address which I’d rather not do. I’ve never done any other online giveaways and this is quite a fun thing to look forward to! Shame it’s only lasted a month! lol

I made a comment in live chat regarding losing a job which has triggered a ‘manual self exclusion’ up to 5 years. I’m not so bothered about getting the self exclusion taken off but will this affect my giveaway entry/entries? And what sites do they also own?

For a little more context I play Blackjack Neo on several of the sites listed here and I’ve noticed a bug on mobile. If you go all in and win then proceed to try to leave the game it will keep your balance. I went to chat to ask if this was a common problem and if there was a fix. I then went on to say that I’d try to find another way around it, if I’m successful I’ll report back and you can pass my details on to a possible employer since needing a new career path due to the COVID pandemic. 

I understand what I said was stupid and could trigger some key words or alerts. But to say they think I don’t have control of my gambling is quite a leap from that one comment, considering I hardly use the site too. I also don’t like the way they’ve handled it at all in regards to my balance. They wouldn’t send me the previous chat logs or my gaming history. They wouldn’t have told me I needed to verify my documents to receive the funds left on my account they just stated that I would receive them. (I know, you have to verify on almost every site this isn’t a problem. More so that they’ve self excluded me from a vague comment but wouldn’t have contacted me via email to explain what I needed to do.) 

I’ve also just realised if I hadn’t known how to somewhat fix the balance from that blackjack game by betting low stakes(I mentioned in the chat I hate doing this as I feel it ruins my future blackjack hand - I staked £1 of course I hit BJ lol) then my account balance would be stuck at £0. I checked my gaming history and it said my last stake and that it had no return. So I would have tried to log in a couple hours later to find out I’d been banned - with 0 proof of winnings. 

My intentions aren’t to bad mouth this site - but I can’t say my experience has been a joy. 

Any help or answers would be appreciated guys. 

I really thought we was going to be in for a treat being in Abu Dhabi, the last event there prelims started at around 3PM GMT which was heaven! But unfortunately I believe they’re at the usual time. 

I feel that, I usually just chuck a few small trebles down on my ‘favourites’ otherwise it sucks all the fun out of the sport. 

Do any of you guys use this site? I’ve just come across an old screen shot of a Virtual horse tricast that I was sure came in but I wasn’t paid. I’m certain I worked it out at the time but I can’t remember at all now so it’s only wound me up again. Even if it did turn out to be some sort of glitch I’m sure my time period to dispute would be far gone.

If you place a tricast bet what order do they show in? Odds? Where you placed them to finish? Completely random?

Going from several comments made from the same user in this post I’d seriously suggest GamStop. From the sounds of things the free money gained from this giveaway are going straight back into gambling, which is completely your choice but if waiting a couple of weeks for free money has people scrambling about they aren’t in a good place. I’d like to think we’re a community that care about each other so hopefully we can help this person. I’m sure it was never his intention to offend or piss anyone off.

Any of you guys watch/bet on UFC? There’s some fantastic events coming up in July.

it would be interesting to see. If it includes every member that has entered perhaps you could do one giveaway at the end of the year that automatically enters all of the members on £0. 

Why did they remove them in the first place? To me having the option to instantly get a bonus is good even knowing that it could pay 0 back. I’d much rather have the option than spending thousands chasing a bonus that might never come. 

I absolutely hate the cancel withdrawal option.. I will use it almost every time.. but I have only ever won ‘big’ via cancelling my winnings and getting even luckier lol. 

When I was greeted with that instant reverse option from that site I decided not to use it anymore! I found that to be way too much. 

Christ what did you hit to win the bulk? I got up to x41 with a 4 scatter start and a retrigger on the same stake recently but only managed £90! Nice win.
