Yeah rules are rules I agree with that but the fact if the matter is in the rules is doesn’t state you can not use a gamble feature in games when it is there to be used also on the particular game you can’t stake 5.50 on a single spin it is either £5 or £6 a spin and I was playing on a 1 pound stake anyway so therefore that’s why I am annoyed and believe I should be entitled to the money as 1 for a low stake player hits like that do not come along often and 2 I believe it’s a load of s*** that apparently I’ve breach the terms and conditions when my usual stake is 20p and 40p anyway and obviously I’ve played on many of there sites and never encountered this issue with this game before on any of there other sites so seems a bit of a sad way to treat your customers 

I'm sorry to interrupt, but I've had a bad experience with gambling my advice is that not all casinos are honest with their guests:) Once I won a lot of money, I made a bet and spent 500 dollars, after that I won 2000 bucks. I was very happy but not for long... damn I didn't get this money, there was a stupid reason on the site why I can't get the money, after I realized ... I had been deceived. I couldn't do anything. My friend and I went out for a beer and he offered to play at  online casino Malaysia  .
